If you are an adolescent or young transplant recipient looking to join our incredible community, please connect with us! Whether you want to become a mentor, (ages 16-22+) or receive mentorship, (ages 9-15) Project Hope wants to support you. We offer weekly peer-led education and support groups on Saturdays! We also offer a variety of resources focusing on both education and mental health. We’d love to have you join our Project Hope community!!
