If you are a pediatric, adolescent, or young adult transplant recipient looking to join our incredible community, please connect with us! Whether you want to become a mentor (ages usually ages 18–26) or receive mentorship (ages 9-17), Project Hope Transplant is here to support you! We offer weekly peer-led education and support groups on Saturdays hosted by our national Project Hope hub. We also offer a variety of resources focusing on improving the lives of pediatric and AYA transplant patients by ensuring everyone has the knowledge, support, resources, and connections needed to thrive.
